Pcsx2 0.9.8(with bios & plugins)

1) Extract PCSX2 0.9.8.7z & Open up the folder   

    & Extract PlayStation 2 Bios.7z 

2) Click on pcsx2-r4600.exe & Click on NEXT & 

    Again Click On NEXT.

3) Now Go PlayStation 2 Bios & Copy All The 

    Things & Paste in Documents\PCSX2\Bios.

4) Now Click On The Refresh List & Choose The 

    Last One USA    v02.00(14/06/2004)   Console.

5) Now Click On Finish.

IMP- before installing pcsx2 make sure that you have the latest DirectX
